Family Therapy

Family therapy assists whole families to improve the way they talk and listen to one another and to resolve differences. It’s goal is to enhance the individual growth of family members, while it promotes a deep sense of belonging.   It can help two or even three generations examine the beliefs, the deep feelings, and the ways they are relating that hurt the comfort and health of the whole system. Families are helped to step out of the old patterns, to decide what works well for them and what they want and need to transform into more respectful behavior.
